HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY T-SHIRT?
Returns and exchanges are easy. Please use the downloadable PDF Return Form above, fill it out and return it with your shirt.
For returns, we will process a refund for the original price of the shirt as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them. If you would like to make an exchange please make sure to include payment information for return shipping. (Either an email linked to PayPal or card information.) Once we receive your exchange in the mail, we'll get the replacement out to you as soon as possible.
It doesn't happen often, but if you find there was a mistake with your order email email@example.com, and we'll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can a) verify your claim and b) shame the offending department.
TO PROCESS A RETURN, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:
- Input your order number and email address above.
- Choose the items that you would like to return from your order.
- Select "Store Credit" as the refund method, and confirm the request for return.
- Please wait for our customer service to approve your return and send you a return request number (RR#) as well as the details and address of our returns warehouse.
- Write down the RR# on the Return Sheet attached with your invoice, and send the Return Sheet along with the items you wish to return to our return address. NOTE: PLEASE DECLARE MINIMUM SHIPMENT VALUE. We will refuse returned parcels with unpaid taxes and duties.
- Once we receive, inspect and approve the returned parcel, we will issue you store credit for the value you paid for the items returned. You may then use this to purchase any other item that is available in our store.
○ Your enclosed bikini must remain unsoiled, unworn and with tags intact, including packaging All returns items must be unused and undamaged. Washing or altering the item/s in any way are considered damaging it. We suggest wearing it over other pieces of clothing when you are trying it on for the first time to avoid stains and damaged.
○ It must be returned in its original condition, complete with its hang tag and sanity strip. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed.
○ We will not accept items/s which were purchased with a discount of 25% or more. These sales are considered final and cannot be returned.
Depending on the shipping method selected, your return may take several days or weeks to reach us. Express shipping methods ($40-60) will take 3-5 business days while standard postal mail ($10-15) usually takes up to 1 month. Please allow 2-3 days to process your return once it is received into our warehouse.
○ If your original order was paid using a Paypal Account, you can take advantage of their Return Shipment Refund service to cover the cost of sending back the return package.○
We strongly suggest taking a photo of the shipping receipt or tracking number of your returned package. We are not liable for packages lost in transit.
